uncomfortable pillows constant noise
The pillows were not comfortable at all. They felt lumpy and old. I heard a constant, annoying noise throughout the night. It seemed to come from the air conditioning unit in the bathroom. another ventilation system outside. The bathroom also had some dampness, mould, and peeling paint, not pleasant. A waitress was also a bit rude, and the food was below average overall.

friendly receptionist convenient parking lovely food easy access
The receptionist alicja was friendly. i found the parking arrangements quite convenient. I could leave my car. the restaurant offered lovely, well-presented food both for dinner and breakfast. the tube station is a short walk. This makes access to the city easy.
The cold tap dispensed boiling water during the evening. I thought it was a health and safety concern.

Charming Stay Near Kew Gardens

ample space fresh milk
We booked the Beautiful Double Room. It offered ample space and thoughtful design. Fresh milk in the fridge was a nice touch. The shower was great.
The dinner in the pub was not great. Empty tables were messy with used dishes. Staff looked miserable, and they messed up our order. I got starter and main together, without extra plates.
Service

All the staff members are lovely. The receptionist was especially helpful upon our early arrival, great to check in right away. Hannah secured our baggage while we explored the gardens nearby.
